 College – Block release. The Apprenticeship we offer provides a regular 2 week block release at College. This is provided by Weston College and the Simian training centre for scaffolding. This is bolstered by working along side our skilled operatives and getting to know the trade. |  On-Site Learning We offer hands-on learning opportunities for all apprentices as a part of our commitment to delivering a professional service to our clients. Our team provide the correct environment to learn your trade and assist your College learning. |  End Goal Once completed the candidate will be Part 2 qualified and we then shape their experience for the future as there is still much to learn. This process takes approx. 4 years. 2 years at College then 2 years developing your skills. This provides a great platform for a great career. |
